Titan
Krios™
The
newest member of the family, Titan Krios™, extends the
capabilities of the Titan³ to cellular and structural
biologists, allowing them to visualize the intricate mechanisms
of individual proteins and macromolecules, and localize that
activity within the three dimensional architecture of the
cell. The Titan Krios™ can help investigate biological
pathways in significant disease fields such as cardiovascular
disease or cancer.
The
Titan Krios has been optimized for cryo-transmission electron
microscopy, automated single particle analysis, 2D electron
crystallography and dual-axis tomography. The AutoLoader™
increases productivity by allowing fully automated and contamination-free
loading and analysis of up to 12 samples contained in specially
designed AutoGrid™ sample holder.
