Safe Tip Approach
The STA tool is a tunnel current sensor for the MM3A-EM
micromanipulator system and LCMK-EM plug-in. The STA
Safe Tip Approach guides your tip when approaching the
surface of sensitive conductive samples. The control
module reduces the risk of damaging the probe tip or
sample when approaching a region of interest and reduces
measurement time thus increasing throughput.
Plug-in
tools can retrofitted to your existing MM3A-EM micromanipulator.
