M4PP
Micro four-point Probe
The M4PP is a micro four-point probe plug-in for the
MM3A-EM micromanipulator. It enhances your system by
allowing you to perform four-point electrical characterization
with a single micromanipulator. In combination with
high resolution SEM & FIB imaging, the M4PP analyzes
the local electrical properties of materials and devices
through non-destructive measurements.
Plug-in
tools can retrofitted to your existing MM3A-EM micromanipulator.
