LCMK-EM
Low Current Measurement Kit
The LCMK-EM is a low-resistance, low-noise probe tip
holder for the MM3A-EM micromanipulator. The LCMK-EM
measures low current on conductive samples, signals
are carried via Triax cabling and feedthroughs to a
connector which fits all conventional parameter analyzers.
Plug-in
tools can retrofitted to your existing MM3A-EM micromanipulator.
